[Bio]

Cecilia Serrano (Huelva, 2000) studied at the "Javier Perianes" Conservatory in Huelva, specializing in Violin (2008–2018). She was admitted to Higher Music Studies at the "Manuel Castillo" Conservatory of Seville, specializing in Composition (2018–2023), where she studied with Francisco Martín Quintero and attended various masterclasses organized by the conservatory with Raphael Cendo, José Manuel López López, Javier Torres Maldonado, and others.

She completed the Master's Degree in New Technologies, specializing in Composition, at the Royal Conservatory of Music of Madrid (2023–2024) and is currently pursuing the Master's Degree in Teacher Training at the Complutense University of Madrid, while also working on artistic projects and as a music teacher.

She has attended courses such as: the Manuel de Falla Chair (2022) with Alberto Posadas; the Manuel de Falla Chair (2023) with Fabián Panisello; and the Mixtur Music Courses (Barcelona, 2024) with Agustí Charles and Alexander Schubert.

She is currently interested in and learning about methods and forms of music production and sound synthesis using programs such as Ableton Live, VCV Rack, Strudel, and TouchDesigner, in order to consolidate and expand her musical and compositional spectrum toward sound synthesis, electronics and multimedia.
